As a Business Analyst at Outserve, you’ll be responsible for delivering high-quality analysis and solutions to a diverse portfolio of clients. You’ll guide them through complex business processes, requirements gathering, and technology adoption—particularly in areas such as inventory management, ecommerce operations, and cloud-based systems.


You’ll work closely with clients through on-site visits, virtual meetings, and detailed reporting, offering insights and recommendations that make a real difference. You’ll also mentor junior team members and contribute to internal projects that drive innovation and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities


  • Conduct client-facing activities including on-site visits, virtual meetings, workshops, and reporting.

  • Analyse and document business processes, requirements, and workflows.

  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and technology adoption.

  • Collaborate with clients to design and implement effective solutions.

  • Mentor junior and apprentice team members to develop their skills and confidence.

  • Contribute to internal projects and process improvements.

  • Collaborate across departments to deliver cohesive solutions.
